Cow parsnip in bloom
We spotted this cow parsnip in bloom along a Forest Service road. Cow parsnip is native to North America, but it's not a plant you want to touch. Contact with may cause skin irritation, blistering rashes and skin discoloration. This plant can measure four to ten feet tall and has stems that are fuzzy and grooved.
