Adnate on Kilmore Street, Christchurch.
Melbourne based street artist Adnate has become known as one of the foremost large-scale portrait painters in the world street art scene, his distinctive spray paint style influenced by the renaissance painters such as Caravaggio. This stunningly realistic mural of a pair of hands was created on Kilmore Street, Christchurch for the New Zealand based Spectrum Street Art Festival and is described as giving hands. The work was created on a new building and is surrounded by shipping containers and earthquake rubble. Original public domain image from Flickr
