The rigorous five day challenge brought togetherapproximately 169 soldiers from seven different NATO allied nations and tested each competitor on their warrior ethos and combat medical skills. The average pass rate for the EFMB ranges between 5 – 25 percent, due to the high caliber medical knowledge and expertise needed by each competitor to fulfill the test requirements.
