Feiner wins individual production merit certificate. Samuel Meyer Feiner, sheet metal worker at the Bethlehem Steel Company's shipbuilding division in San Francisco, with the drawing of his elbow-edging machine which triples the production of elbows and saves over 1,000 man hours monthly, Feiner, an American citizen of Polish birth, was recently given a Certificate of Individual Production Merit by the Board for Individual Awards at the War Production Drive Headquarters, Washington.
