Bantam, Connecticut. The Bantam airplane observation post is on a hill in the northern part of town, an old shack moved there from the property of Bernard C. Roeberg, real estate man and principal of Bantam School. Insulation of the walls and other work on the interior was not yet completed when this picture was taken. Watcher is Charles D.
